anybody play the stock/commodies markets ?

anyone here ever try these markets ? i went to a Wizetrade intro seminar & also some other free intros where they try to get you to take their courses . Wizetrade seems interesting so has anyone here done this ? how about the K.R.CO. & the TOVI strategy ? just wonderin ...........
