Wow! For the last three days I have been unable to continue training...I'd try and run, but get exhausted pretty quickly, only able to walk. The last two days I gave myself a break and did no exercise at all.
Tonight I decided to try again, and I was amazed that, despite all of that lost time, I actually ran 30% longer than I've ever been able to do in years! Amazing! And on day 10 of my fast!
