Believe it or not the physical addiction only lasts 3 days. After that it is all in your head. Instead of concentrating on how miserable your are and how difficult it is to quit, try concentrating on how fantastic you feel and how good it is to be rid of a habit that makes you smell like an overfilled litter box. Remember that people who are sucking on dirty fags don’t look sexy. They look stupid. They look like helpless morons who are being dragged around by a stinking dirty rotten weed.

In the beginning of 2006 I will celebrate 6 years since I threw off the chains and became a free man.
