First Ever Flush After Biblical Bowel Cleanse!!

Well, podnas, this is it! After my mega cleansing summer:

30 days fruits and vegetables

Then... 48 days Master Cleanse, and days 49-59 on juices...

Been eating the good cleansing/rebuilding diet since--about two weeks.

NOW (for my next act) I am doing the Clark by the Book El Flusho Grande...

VERRRY exciting, after this long summer of cleansing, including a kidney crisis AND a liver crisis! Surely my liver/gallbladder deserve a good flush (maybe several?)

I did an enema today, and glad I did. I got some very strange debris, looked exactly like cracked corn! Floaty cracked corn, about 1/3-1/2 cup. I KNOW I haven't eaten anything vaguely resembling cracked corn, so can only presume this is more strange debris off the walls of my colon (the big reason for all this cleansing).

Anyhow... will check in for SUPPORT and ENCOURAGEMENT!!!
