A vegitarian diet won't always help. The "stones" you flushed are actually bile from your gallbladder balled up with excess cholesterol in your intestines. Congradulations, you just gave yourself a really big bowl cleanse. Your bile duct is not large enough to fit "stones" of that size through it. A good Anatomy and Physiology book can explain that. No doubt they make you feel good though, your cleaning your system out. These "stones" will build up as long as your not eating properly (canned food, non organic veggies, anything processed, dyed, preserved, Etc....) The first step to making yourself better is to change your diet. The metabolic typing diet is a good start. Don't by any means go for Adkins or low carb. as for most people it makes them feel worse and puts your body into Ketosis which will give you way more problems than you started with. If you do go vegitarian make sure to supplement your diet with B-12 and Folic acid, also get your iron and Vitamin D levels checked. Being a vegitarian is a good diet for some people and not good for others, it all depends on what is right for your body. Do what feels good to you, and good luck in your healing ventures.
