URGENT: Gallbladder attack for days now!!!

I have been having a gallbladder attack for several days now. Area under sternum was swollen and hard for 2 days. Just did liverflush -- got out some stones and I guess what is considered "chaff". I am still having pain. I don't want to go to the doctor as I don't want my gallbladder removed but the pain in my back is getting to me, at times it radiates and it feels as if it could be by my kidneys. Please help. Can't get comfortable enough to sleep.
