In ozone therapy rectal insufflation is administering oxygen/ozone gas rectally. Ozone is a very strong anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, etc.

Ear insufflation is the same for the ears. When ozone gas is put into the ears it ultimately enters the brain and the whole system. This can help with detoxing, but also for cancer, etc.

So do you think that my stool is indeed candida?
In my opinion my stool was quite similar to this one:
