Cautionary Tale..., READ ALL posts.

The liver flush looks so enticing and simple to do. But it has its dangers too.

Flushing the liv/gb stirs up a lot of pathogenic bacteria and microbes. It can also scatter parasites like flukes into the pancreas or spleen. These may have quietly been lurking in the ducts etc.

When the microbes are disturbed they can and often migrate to other organs such as the kidneys causing infection which can take many days to clear up even with the best herbal and natural solutions. It can lead to a lingering unidentified tiredness that slowly drains the body.

So as wonderful and energizing as flushes can be there is also some risk so the consequences should not be taken lightly. If after a flush one feels tiredness it may be that toxins have been displaced or it may be that microbes have taken up residence in a new location and are ready for a renewed attack.

Thus the words of caution and the need to be prepared for more detoxification as a result. The healing process is an on going one and may entail numerous stages. I know about this because it happened to me.
