This is fabulous and really cuts down on
label reading time. It has gotten so that
there is little to buy in a grocery store
relative to processed stuff. I buy at a
health food store even though it means I
buy less for the money. I have to say
though, I did not like seeing Pace Picante
sauce on that list, nor chocolate chips~!

I will print out this list and share it
with friends and thank you SOOOOO much
for sharing it~!
