Pulsed Magnet field stimulate Cancer cell growth? Help Please!

I'm just about to buy the silver pulser and the magnetic pulser and I came across the book “Cross current” by Dr. Robert O. Becker. In it he state the pulsed magnetic filed will stimulate the broke bone to grow and heal. But some researches have showed it will also stimulate the cancer cell growth. So the pulsed magnetic filed devices will not do any good to cancer but harm.

Is it the Beck magnetic pulser a pulsed magnetic generator?

I really want to find something good to help to improve my family member’s health. They don’t have cancer now but in poor health and the whole mad health care system couldn't help but made it worse.

Anybody has researched on this subject?
