never just another flush

Due to my acute left shoulder pain I decided to do an emergency flush yesterday, even though I had flushed last Thursday.First time I flush due to shouder pain
As I mentioned in another message I simplified my flush recipe. Had light breakfast and lunch. Did not eat anything else in the afternoon. At 9 pm had Epsom Salt . At 11 had 1/2 cup OO+ 1/2 cup Lime juice.Went to bed, lying on my right side. Today I pushed out over 100 stones , many of over 2 cm. All green.
The pain in my left arm is gone I noticed that every flush is totally different and whenever we flush when in need(pain) it works even better.
