They are similar but not the same. 50 pulses with the Magnetic pulser should kill the infection. Have to be careful with the magnetic Pulser if you have ferrous material in your dental work.
My friend had a tooth infection and was getting ready for the dentist. After 50 pulses the pain was gone and he ended up just getting his teeth cleansed.
