Re: Cold Hands & Feet

Cold hands, cold feet. I remember when I was doing all those flushes. One of the symptoms of needing a flush was my feet wouldn't warm up. I didn't want to do another flush so I'd argue with my body for a few days and then do a flush. While laying there on my right side my feet warmed up. Happened everytime. As soon as the liver unclogged my feet would warm up. Yep, I needed to do another flush. Then I'd be mad at myself for waiting those few days hoping I didn't need to do one. Ahhh the games we play with ourselves.

Bug killer for two weeks, then liver flush. That'll also releive the throat thing. In the meantime I found lemonaide helpfull when I ate. A little bit before you eat and sip on it while you eat. I used to make it myself with Hawiian unrefined sugar. A little fruit juice about half hour after you eat helps move the food through. I use cherry juice for that.

Some exercise is also necesary. Walking is preferred but if you can't get out for a good brisk walk get in your rocking chair for 10-15 minutes at a time. A rebounder is also good. Go slow on that at first though. That can get complicated and rather technical when needing to do a flush.

You should get Barefoots products soon. Ohter friends have recieved them so they're on the way.

Anyway, after a few flushes the hands and feet should warm right up, if not let me know, there are specific protocols for ciculatory problems too. Nattokinase, chelation, etc. Go with the basics first. Colon, liver and bugs. If there are circulatory problems those things have to be handled first and are absolutely necessary to recover form circulatory problems.
