OPing and no allergies!

This is great! Been OPing for over a month now and here in Tennessee the ragweed count is very high. I normally would be having asthma, drainage and possibly going into walking pnemonia (that was what happened last year at this time). Well NO asthma!!!! Had a slight headache the last two days, one or two coughs during the day but that's all!! I am so grateful for finding out about OPing, I have suffered with asthma since birth so you can imagine how I feel. Youngest daughter was away for about 10 days and didn't get to OP and she started back today, she also suffers from allergies too and she was so happy not to have the drainage or headache today. Our family has been witnessing to everyone we can about this and some are wanting to give it a try.
