Orgone devices convert negative energy into positive energy. I'm not sure it would be enough positive energy to cure migraines and certainly not cancer. Orgonite will improve the overall vibe of your living environment. I have about 20 orgonite pieces aound my house and can sense a crispness to the air in my house.
As for curing migraines I suggest EFT and/or Quantum Touch. I use both in my healing practice.
