Re: how do I do the Vit c flush?

Hi, If u want to flush with vitamin c u have to keep taking it till u reach very loose stools. Could be 20 grams or 100 grams. Not all at once but doses of 2 grams or so every half hour in juice or water if preferred. Hope this helps.
