Re: Three questions!!!
Hi - I'll try to answer to the best of my knowledge.
1) Actually, maybe not enemas, but
colonics ARE supposed to remove mucoid plaque. You definitely want to get this out, as it is old, putrid, and can harbor lots of candida. When I had my colonics, I could actually see the plaque as it was being removed. I knew it was plaque because of the color (very dark) and shape (tends to look like the inside of your colon - kind of twisty. However, this is not the only way to get it out. P&B shakes may do as good or better job because of the scraping.
2) Most colon hydrotherapists offer a re-implantation of good flora after a
colonic which you can get for an extra cost. This procedure is just like a colonic. Orally, you would want to get one that is touted to reach the intestines, and these are usually enteric coated. Personally, I like Ulimate Flora Critical Care by Renew Life, as it has MUCH higher numbers of colonies than most brands (50 billion total as opposed to 5 billion or so) in most other brands. And, it has a wide variety of strains, like 10 strains, as opposed to 3 or 4 in most brands.

3) My
colonic person used to massage deeply into all areas of the belly and pelvis, often in a circular motion, sometimes even going out to the sides under the ribcage. I don't know if there is a special way to massage that gets to the area that Remi was talking about tho.
