Greenbird,  I'm not sure if was a coincidence.  Here's my observations.... My period was several days late.  This morning I decided to try Oil Swishing.  As I was oil swishing I noticed that I started to get cramps.  I didn't think to much about it.  Then about 30 minutes later I started my period.  I was amazed by this and also thought it may be a coincidence.  I decided to come to this website to see if others had a similar experience and it appears they have noticed a link with Oil Swishing and menstrual cycle.   Take care.
