thank you so much this web site really helped me alot i was about to go out and buy the Sea Salt until i read wat was in this website....its say that SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is not good for your body so im not doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) thanks and hope that other people doing this diet read that website and see what it really is!
