Re: Getting weird looks

I'm not there to hear what tone of voice people are using when they ask, "what is that?" but I'm usually inclined to assume it's pure curiosity. I admit, I've asked the same question before, and when I do, I really do want to know.

You never know, someone might get so interested they'll want to try it themselves. That's how I first came to do the MC, for example. I saw someone drinking his lemonade at a party and I asked, (all together now) "What it that?" He told me, which led to my asking more questions, which led to my searching the internet for more info, which led me to Curezone, etc. etc.

I try not to be "militant" about being a vegetarian, but if someone asks a question I figure they're the one opening the door. And yes, I sometimes just get the raised eyebrow response, and so I go along my merry way.
