I've lost nearly 18 pounds (!) in 5 flushes during the last 3 months.
In the past, I have watched myself put on 2 pounds a day and shockingly lose it over an hour of aerobics.
It looks like my weight has converged, I have been stable at this for almost a month now. And this despite the fact, I don't exercise so extensively anymore, but just enough to keep my body fit.
