Fennel seeds, wind incontinence, faecal(fecal) odour( odor)

I have been having great success(only a short period test though) ingesting fennel seed to deodourise the faecal odour of wind and stool. i eat 4 to 6 tablespoons of fennel seeds in the morning in one dose. i half crush the seeds in my mouth and swallow.

the fennel seeds completely deodourised my wind and even the faeces had no smell, on the first two days( the wind and stool was smelly before the test). The next two days, i didnt eat the seeds, but ate the same food. The faecal smell returned to the wind and stool. The next two days after that, i ate fennels seeds and the same food, and my wind and stool were completely deodourised again. When the wind and stool smelt, it was very foul


A small test, that isnt stat significant, as there could be blind chance that there was no smell, on the days where seeds were also ingested. However, i thought id share the info, and see if others will ,hopefully, have the same results. Ive also wondered about spreading the ingestion of the seeds over the day, so am interested in people tests, or lessor or greater doses?
