First Flush Results

Just tried my first liver flush, couldn't sleep AT ALL during the night, had mild nausea for a period, I almost puked the next morning after taking the 3rd epsom drink, and I was very hungry all through the night, besides that it went smoothly but I passed no stones, no chaff either, just had several bowel movements.. I did feel a lot moving around during the cleanse, did the liver massage recommended by a post on here as well. I'll probably try the flush again in a couple weeks.
