organic meats vs store bought
for the past 2 years,since 05 I have went back to inorganic store bought meats and since then I have had bad rashes every now and then on my back (eating them rare) and i notice it's also made me very acidic in the morning as well as triggering a Candida response to my body ,spitting lots of mucus in the morning,mucus in stools,stomach pains,maybe developing a sort of anemia.When eating only organic meats years before I had no such problems,even when eaten very very rare.The only reason I went back to grocery store bought is because of convenience and price,though thinking about it again it may be a wiser choice to go back to organic but only having it a 3-4 times a week(steaks) and just load up on veggies and salads.Though I no longer eat really rare meats,I can tell that I am beginning to miss my bloody delicacies lol
I miss my skin being very soft and clear like it was when I ate mainly organic rare meats and fats,but that diet proved to be very costly (100+) a week.But who can compare the sheer size of your usual store bought giant ribeye compared to it's almost tiny organic counterpart?? maybe I'll try a local butcher for the larger cuts of grass fed meats?
inorganic meats just have a rougher texture,the muscle fibers are different..it's not bad but nothing near the quality of a nice organic steak,I guess it's quality over quantity eh?lol
