Re: Hypoglycemic and did the flush - not sure it worked

Well, I hope that's the case. I kind of expected something more obvious or dramatic but I guess I'm ok without the drama. :o)

I feel pretty good, I do feel better than I did before, more energy. I would like to find out a better way to do this with hypoglycemia - it was really hard not to eat. Also I was having all last week some kind of reaction to something, don't know if it was food or what but I kept having these weird headaches and a feeling of difficulty concentrating. And a major craving for sugars. This is a major reason I decided to do the flush after all - I'd considered just letting the supplements do the trick.

When I started the olive oil I was suddenly starving again. When I woke at 1:30 am I couldn't stop fantasizing about food, even though I was nauseated. In the morning I was still starving. Everything I've read suggested I would not be interested in oil at all but I didn't have any problem with it. I ended up having some yogurt and then some scrambled eggs.

Also, I read someone else had written that the felt warm - I did but I also felt really itchy, all night long I was scratching everywhere. That was very weird.

Anyway, I'll give it a shot in a couple of more weeks and if I get more of the same I'll feel confident the supplements are doing their job. I'll also try taking some of the Epsom Salts - the supplements I take are supposed to soften everything up enough but I'll give the salts a try too.

Thanks!
