I agree that there is really something to the mental side of eating. I am a big proponent of holistic healing, but, there is a dark side I think too. If you worry too much about polluted foods, unhealthy foods ect, I think the body reacts in a primal way... you come to fear foods, and the fear reaction is worse for you than the so called bad food. soon you diet is very limited, and its not healthy, you might even develop food allergeries... like I did. in short, holistic minded people sometimes get far too dogmatic about diet, and it causes problems. you can see it all the crazy diet ideas that get passed around here by so called experts... breatharianism, vegan, fruitarian and on and on...
