Me too! I have been passing things that look just like your pic, and more, some very wierd looking ones too and not pretty to look at either...lol.
Mind you I still have not done a liver flush, I know I should but...

Even without doing a liver flush, I pass tons of these, but I do take herbs to support the liver, eat beet root, drink apple juice and do coffee enemas, I did start to do a liver flush one weekend, but felt so ill just drinking the apple juice and epsom salts that could no way face the olive oil.

However, I do have half a teaspoon of epsom salts in a cup of white green tea with pomegranate or chai tea most evenings, or warm apple juice with a half teaspoon of empsom salts, so will keep working slowly up to the liver flush.
