If you look at the top of the Forum Title Page, you will see underlined, blue initials, like: R, RR, RRR, RN, BSA, FAQ. By clicking your cursor on the FAQ (frequently asked questions) your queries will be addressed, in detail, and you don't have to wait anxiously for someone to respond!

Then, there are the "R" messages which have been recommended as good sources of information by a Moderator. The Iodine Survey Results also provide a wealth of information, including sources of Iodine supplements and the accompanying supplementation that has been suggested by the Pioneers of this therapy.
