carrots, swedes, turnips, lots of different types beans, lettice, celery, beetroot, cabbage, ginger, any fresh herbs i could get my hands on, asparagus, sprouted beans, sprouted seeds, broccoli, greens, sprouted lentils, spinach, peas.
the majority of which where organic.
i did 7.5 days in the end. i lost a little too much weight (i am under weight) so i did not push on to 10 days.
its been a week since i stopped and i am still alkaline....happy days:-)
motivation was from this book "The PH miracle" by robert & shelley young. a good read, i recommend.
