I accidentally ordered online dried Peruvian Olives - I love olives so I bought a whole bunch of raw ones and these were advertised as black Peruvian olives. I added them to my order, not aware that there were dried. Nevertheless, I'm now stuck with 2 jars of dried olives that I don't even like very much. They don't have the same succulent texture and taste as regular olives, they're rather bitter. Any suggestions on how to use these suckers up?? (I don't have a dehydrator)
