i used to be in the same boat as you.there is hope , but its not gonna be easy.

its a good sign that the Acne went away or got better with the apple juice fast,.this means your Acne is caused by the food you eat.the reason it got worse on your chest near the end was probably because you were detoxing. everyone's Acne is caused by different things one person may be able to eat something while the other gets 7 cysts on there face from the same food,what you need to do is a good Elimination Diet for a week to test what you can and cant eat,

follow this one,its good but i wouldnt eat the fish they list if i were you.i know that i can get acne from fish so you might also be sensitive to it.this Elimination Diet means dont take anything but what they list on there list into your mouth,if you dont eat the things that cause your acne you wont get acne.if you continue to get acne with these food, i would try and extreme Elimination Diet with apples only for a week,because you already know apples wont cuase acne for you.

also you need to stop all the prescription drugs and creams they are clearly not helping and are very damaging to your body and skin.

only wash your face once a day and use only filtered water to do so,the only stuff you should apply to your face is rosewater or cucumber juice,i also use yogurt on blemishes ,its by far the best thing i have used topically on acne. i suggest you hold out on anything topical on your face until your acne comes under control with the elimination diet.only use filtered water on your face,tap water has chlorine in it and it dries your skin and creates more acne.

good luck , getting to the bottom of acne is hard and you will probably have to drastically change some things in you life,but it will be worth it if you stick to it and try.clear skin is awsome and as soon as you see results it will inspire you to keep at it.
