I also wonder the same things

I did my first flush 4 weeks ago and did my 2nd flush 2 days ago and I must admit I also have the same questions.

I can tell you that I was wiped out with some kind of pneumonia like viral infection for 4 weeks and am still coughing now. I can't say for sure that this was due to the flush or not.

I don't really feel any different from before doing the flushes.

Maybe it does take time.
