Wow, what a flush. That is just awesome. You should pat yourself on the back for such an excellent result.

Just a thought but, having no Sugar during the day, which can make you quite ill, can be overcome. Sugar dependency can really ravage your body. I used to be hypoglycemic but, now, (wow, I never gave this much thought before now but I am no longer that way - yippie) I don't have that problem. I can go an entire day of fasting without getting that terrible nausea and headache and urge to vomit feeling. Once you have trained your body to go several days without Sugar without getting horrendously ill, you will be able to do the apple fast again and really enjoy it. You can do it, I did.
