I have taken 2 cups of distilled water, 4 tablespoons of sole, and 2 drops of Lugol's iodine, and put it in my waterpik with the sinus irrigator, on medium pressure. It does a good job. Afterward a very very slight burn, that lasts a very short time. Not bad at all. One cup up each side.
