I think the kidney cleanse is a great idea. I also had some break outs after the liver cleanse. The kidney cleanse was imperative after the liver cleanse, I found. It was dramatic how well it worked to address the residual drama of the first and second liver cleanse.
I guess that I read a few places that it is really important to do the kidney cleanse before or after a liver cleanse.
