We chatted about Liver Cleanses making our eyes lighter; you mentioned to me at that time about okra and kefir. I can't belive how powerful okra is! I have to share.

You can see on the Schulze Support Forum and the Liver Flush Forum the process that I have undergone the past 5 weeks or so. Essentially, I have been doing Dr. Schulze 's liver/gall bladder and his kidney/bladder cleanses. Check there for the details, if you are interested. (I provide details because I appreciate other's details of their cleanses so I can determine whether something I experience is a healing symptom or a bad side effect, also to guage how long a cleanse will take.)

So, I basically did two liver flushes, one Dr. Schulze and one of the grapefruit and Epsom Salt method. These were coupled with Dr. Schulze 's l/gb herbal detox tea and the l/gb tincture. I have been taking those a little bit every day as a gentle aid to the liver to boost bile production. I have done one k/b flush via Dr. Schulze's protocol. I have also done the k/b herbal detox tea and k/b herbal tincture for the past two weeks, a little bit every day.

I have had a bad hayfever reaction to the k/b tea, especially: itchy eyes, stinging tears, some sneezing, ears popping. Sometimes it would lessen, but never go away.

Then I ate spicy okra at an Indian restaurant. I immediately got a congested nose. Seriously congested. My eyes itched and I was very fatigued. Bone aching tired. Actually, the bones in my forearms also killed. Maybe it was the muscle. Anyway, I had to tap it and press on it to get relief, then finally take some magnesium and potassium.

The next morning I was still having the same symptoms. I ate the leftovers anyway. Anyway, the symptoms increased, then broke, like with a fever. I haven't had any of those symptoms since!

Dr. Schulze's products are very powerful and effective, but the okra seems to have really broken through those symptoms. Amazing.
