After first flush...enema??

Hello Everyone,
I just completed the flush and I dont think it was a good one...mostly sand looking stuff and maybe 4 tan, pea sized stones, if thats what they were.
Im very disappointed but I will do this again...maybe a different recipe...one with out ES...I hope.
My question now is when do I do an enema? Are the ones in the local drug store ok to use. If its not much, should I use more than one? Thanks for any advise
