Thanks Torrie, I figure you've answered these same questions a time or two:

Do you have any links for questions to ask at the initial exam to help determine if the dentist is thorough and knowledgeable? Also, any links for what to do to best prepare the body for the amalgam removal? I sincerely appreciate all your help. :-)
