talk about interventions... and what happens?

I do not know if this counts as an intervention of any sort divine or other, but moments after submitting the last post to this thread, staring at the computer screen doing some spellchecking, there was heard a loud bang from outside, the computer display immediately went blank, all power in the house went off and everything sort of got real quiet (no refrigerator humming away or other of the usual background electrical sounds).... walked to the back porch and saw a vague cloud of smoke dissipating from near the power transformer at the corner of the back yard..... and just one aspect of this situation that may have involved something approaching the order of divine intervention? After getting through the hassle of computer-automated customer service, the power company had a person dispatched, on site and problem fixed within 2 hours  .....(shrug) Tweet
