Just a wee advice.. Go for ur Water Fast as long as u can but if, at some point, u really want to cheat with ur usual junk food then make an effort and go for a juice fast. It will make ur fasting days 'brighter'.. :))... U wont loose that much but rather have more energy and have more chances to go for ur 21 day!.. :)
I am on juices now so when u feel like u can always join me (and others).. :))
