well, it sounds like his day is kinda turned around with the sun. in general, i would take the whole thing first thing in the morning. there is a peak of serum levels at about four hours and again at about 14 hours. by splitting the dose, the peak would be smaller. i suggest that after a while and he is on the schedule he likes, do 50 twice a day, say about 8-9 hours apart.
