I like the
Hulda Clark flush well enough
and have success with it, but I also like
the way I feel after the lime and egg yolk
flush. I usually do 5 days which is a dozen
eggs, but I did not have enough limes this
time. I also did the flush at night before
bed which worked well for me and then I did
a
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) to push it out. My next time I am
going to experiment and do regular epsom
salts. Its just a different kind of cleanse.
I know it was effective since I did get
quite a bit of *chaff* out. For the most
part, I will continue to use both of the
flushes since they seem to function differently
but both effectively. If I had to pick only
one though, I would stay with
The Clark Flush .

About your periods, have you had your hormonal
levels checked?? If it were me, I would be
eating kelp capsules by the handful. It helps
regular hormones. I use
Iodine instead for
now, but previously used NOW kelp successfully
when my periods began to become erratic. Fixed
me right up.
Also, are you getting in plenty of plant based
oils?? People very often have bought into the
low to no fat diet and it is not a healthy option.
Including oils like olive, hemp, flax or coconut
can really improve body function.
Work with your water intake to see if the heart
thing is helped. Sipping is preferable to chugging
too. I keep water handy and if I used the toilet,
I am sipping water...my rule of thumb being, water
out, water in....
