I certainly hope this is a deeper level of cleansing! Glad I'm going for 6 more days after this to see if I can really get some toxins out.

I did end up taking the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) again and have kept it down - am waiting for it to kick in.

I'm printing out the instructions for the castor oil pack, but can't use it for the next couple days. It sounds like a great complement for someone with a congested liver, though.
