Re: testing for TSH

Thank you. Indeed mine had gone up from 1 to 4, my doctor (MD)did not say to stop but may be limit the time. He did say I needed to add 1000IU vitamin D. Found that kind of interesting since we spent the 6 winter months in Florida and almost got every day some sun in a nudist resort.

Since I have done it for 7 months usually around 100mg, I went down to 50 for a week or so and since a few days, I am now what I call on maintenance, 2-5 drops a day.

All this time I have taken concentrace too, since I feel that I should have all minerals.

What I have learned in the last year is, to use supplements for a short time and then take a rest, so as not to get out of balance.

Depending how I feel I might in the future do another short term Iodine boost.
