Re: Tooth/organ connection
Yes, I have heard of it, it an old Chinese chart. Do I believe in it? No. Not only because it cannot logically be possible, but because I have also never seen it occur, and I have seen many dental cases over the years, including my own mess. In fact, I had 2 root canals together for 15 years that hurt since the day they were put in and ended up swelling up my salivatory glad to 3 times it's size. It left me with a great deal of dead jaw bone that I still have to have the cavitation redone in ever so often to try and restore more bone. Anyway, It did not affect my organs the corresponding teeth show on this chart below. But, logically the chart doesn't hold water. Human teeth decay over time and we have the ability to lose them. That means anyone with a badly decayed tooth would have some problem with a corresponding organ (and if you notice on this chart, they list a few for each tooth and repeat them a lot). Plus, what about if your tooth gets so bad it must be pulled or it falls out; Does that mean you have permanent damage to an associated organ the rest of your life?
There are two things that cause organs to become sick from teeth and those are infection getting into the to the blood stream from a decayed tooth or dead root-canaled tooth, or toxins such as such as mercury and nickel. A very common ailment caused by mercury is mitral valve prolapse. Two of the most common ailments seen in root-canaled patients is heart disease and arthritis. If this chart were practically applicable, believe me, I would have seen a great deal of more ailments in people than I have seen, because so many of them have a huge mess in their mouths, including cavitations (most people have dead jaw bone if they have had wisdom teeth pulled by a regular dentist). Think of it this way, though..for one, it is a Chinese medicine theory. If China had never told us about it, we wouldn't have ever even heard of it. I know there are many herbs they use that we have not heard of and would not even consider using. I saw a special on that and it showed stores with hundreds of bottles of herbs and animal parts said to cure disease, some of them were very strange, reminded me of an old bewitched episode. Secondly, considering how our bodies are set up that we can get decay and lose teeth from it, for it to affect organs like that, would mean our bodies are not very efficient, and they are very efficient.
But, yes, infection from a tooth can get into the bloodstream just like any other infection from any source and can cause illness. If that infection circulates into the heart, it can mean death because the heart cannot handle an infection very well generally. The immune system kicks in and some people are able to fight it off and others cannot unless they receive antibiotics. Most teeth that decay and fall out from it do not not produce serious illness, but some do and some have died form it before we had antibiotics. Your friend was one such case. It doesn't correspond to a certain tooth, the infection could occur from any decayed tooth and cause heart damage and subsequent death because the infection got into the bloodstream and into the circulatory system. If it had been a tooth that the chart showed was corresponded to her liver and not her heart, she would still have gotten that heart infection, not a liver infection. So, that is my view of it. You can accept it or go with someone else's view. The 2nd picture below shows a man who would have all his organs failing it looks like, if the chart were practical. But, keep in mind that mercury is a very toxic heavy metal that destroys the body in many ways and root canals are thought by some to be even more damaging, so if one has those in their mouths, no matter which tooth, they can get any number of diseases or conditions, depending on their individual immune system's ability to fight things off.
