none of this seems like a mystery to me. when the tissue becomes so compromised with toxins and the critters that feed on them or are enabled by them, they are no longer human flesh but some other substance. this is what triggers immune responses. it is not auto-immune response, it is immune response to a foreign substance int he body. just because it used to be healthy human flesh means nothing.
