I have my entire family off of free form Glutamic Acid or whatever, but I still do not know all of the names. I know or thought carragean, natural flavor, hyrolyzed names, yeast extract and corn oil are Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) but what other names are there. What products and produce are unsafe eventhough they have it not so labeled. I really just want to know about what to watch out for. Thanks. God Loves.
