Is exfoliating cheilitis curable?

Hi everybody,
I suffer from exfoliating cheilitis for the last 3 and a half years. I have as many of you tried all these treatments we all know, and I have the same problems (aesthetic, social) with all the people that have the same thing, PLUS one that may be the biggest.
I am(or, more precisely, used to be) al professional musician of a wind instrument.
To analyze what I've been through is not the point of this post.
I have a very simple question the answer of which is really important to me.
Do you know anybody that was totally cured from exfoliating cheilitis? As you can see it's a crucial matter to me, because apart from everything else this has to do too with my job, my career and with my music, one of the things I love most in this world.
Please answer me if you know the answer.
