I think the skeptic argument is easy to hang ones hat on. But if we think purely about the biochemistry, I think it explains everything. Olive oil and lemon ( citric acid )is an excellent solubilizing agent, and solubilizes cholesterol deposits. From Biochem, I know that like molecules solubilize like molecules - so it is not unreasonable that cholesterol would become soluble. So the answer is, yes it is olive oil AND STONES MIXED TOGETHER!!! This is why they become squishy and can squeeze through the bile ducts, whereas otherwise they are just insoluble lummps and stay lodge inside the liver and gallbladder. I was also a little concerned that maybe my stones were olive oil, but I did a lot of slicing and dicing and some of the morphology of the stones is entirely consistent with authentic stones that we have seen in this website and others. I had seen some stones that had a black side and a white side as if they were lodged in the nether regions for a long time. Some had a smooth rounded side and some were cylindrical (the shape of a bile duct plug). Some were small and some were large. All of these characteristics are hard to explain by olive oil alone.
