I am moving and driving from Ca. to Oregon next week-end. I want to start a juice fast for at least 3 days, Sun. Mon. Tues. then I don't know what..maybe do a fruit diet of 3 days, then add in some light greens with my fruit smoothies for the next 3 days after that?
I'm wondering if I should do a fresh fruit juice fast because I'm not feeling like veggies..it's just so hot around here. What is some experiences with either fruits or veggies? If it's veggies, I like spinach, celery, and carrots. What do you think about that combo?
